About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s full suite of products
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment
Maintain monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must speak Armenian and English
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
Must work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Must be flexible and open to change
Must be hired by AT&T for the location listed to be eligible for the sign-on bonus
Candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable fair chance laws and ordinances
