About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets using AT&T’s full suite of products
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on the sales floor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Serve customers according to schedules between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Provide bilingual customer service and sales support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Cantonese or Mandarin and English
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week in the office
Must work at the posted location; no relocation is offered
Must meet sales goals to earn commissions and qualify for bonus payments
Must maintain good standing at time of bonus payout
