About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commission through AT&T’s products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Stay current with evolving technology and changing customer-service approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Russian and English
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
