About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
- Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T products and services
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through available options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work during store busiest periods, including evenings and weekends
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer-service methods
Requirements
What you’ll need- Speak Spanish and English
- Ability to work part time, 20 weekly hours
- Availability to work between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, not required
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
