About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on the sales floor and serve customers during scheduled hours
Maintain monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Spanish and English
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
Must be hired by AT&T for the listed location to qualify for the sign-on bonus
Must be in good standing at the time of bonus payout
Weekly hours: 40
