Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on the retail sales floor in a fast-paced environment
Maintain monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Spanish and English
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable fair chance ordinances and laws
