About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T’s suite of products and services
Stay current on data, entertainment technology, and devices
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Provide prompt and courteous customer service
Participate in community events
Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Complete store opening and closing procedures
Submit transaction journals daily
Assist with inventory maintenance
Wear a uniform when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Spanish and English bilingual proficiency
Competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to complete paperwork completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to work in other locations as business needs dictate
1–3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred
Ability to work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends
Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
