About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise

Maintain monthly seniority-based schedules issued two weeks in advance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Spanish and English
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
No prior sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work 40 hours per week
