About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T's full suite of products
Stay up to date on data, entertainment technology and devices
Understand customer needs and recommend products and services
Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous customer service
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options
Participate in community events
Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Complete store opening and closing procedures
Submit transaction journals daily
Assist with inventory maintenance
May wear a uniform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Spanish and English
1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required
Flexibility to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
