About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T products and services
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled shifts based on monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance
Stay current with evolving technology and customer-service practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Vietnamese and English
Ability to work in-office a minimum of 5 days per week
Ability to work at the posted Stockton, California location; no relocation offered
Ability to work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, not required
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching
