Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Ability to work in the office a minimum of 5 days per week in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • No relocation is offered
  • Supervisory experience and ability to oversee direct reports
  • Ability to influence decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates
