About the role

  • Develop causal measurement architecture integrating causal inference, experimentation, advanced econometrics, MMM, and AI-enabled analytics
  • Build scalable causal models quantifying incremental impact, identifying business drivers, and predicting outcomes across media, offers, sponsorships, and growth initiatives
  • Embed causal evidence into forecasting, optimization, and investment planning
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and next-generation causal modeling techniques
  • Lead Marketing’s experimentation ecosystem, including governance, standards, and incrementality frameworks
  • Design and oversee geo-tests, holdouts, quasi-experimental methods, synthetic controls, and difference-in-differences experiments
  • Develop experimentation roadmaps across media, AI-enabled search, sponsorships, targeting, influencers, messaging, and emerging growth channels
  • Calibrate MMM and predictive models using causal evidence
  • Transform experimental results into repeatable business practices and scalable growth strategies
  • Translate causal insights into recommendations optimizing marketing investments and accelerating customer and financial growth
  • Influence strategic decisions through evidence-based storytelling
  • Build stakeholder confidence through rigorous validation and methodological transparency
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of causal measurement experts
  • Establish causal measurement as a competitive advantage for faster, smarter business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in causal measurement and advanced causal methodologies, including RCTs, geo experimentation, synthetic controls, difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, Bayesian approaches, and causal machine learning
  • Experience translating causal assumptions into graphical and structural frameworks such as Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) and Structural Causal Models (SCMs)
  • Strong scientific rigor and experience developing, validating, and operationalizing causal frameworks combining market tests, observational data, media experiments, Marketing Mix Models (MMM), forecasting systems, and optimization models
  • Expertise in causal AI, machine learning, experimental design, and emerging measurement methodologies
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive influencing skills, translating complex analytical findings into decision-grade recommendations
  • Experience building high-performing teams and developing analytics leaders
  • Ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations and align stakeholders around evidence-based decisions
  • Ability to build trust through methodological rigor and transparency
  • Must work in the posted location, with office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
