About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a high-growth product portfolio spanning strategy, roadmap, commercialization, partnerships, and lifecycle performance
- Lead incubation, commercialization, and scaling of innovative consumer products and growth businesses
- Own end-to-end business performance, including P&L management, business case development, feature development, channel expansion, go-to-market execution, and customer experience optimization
- Define long-term vision, product strategy, investment priorities, governance, resource allocation, and portfolio roadmap
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and leaders
- Serve as executive product leader, influencing enterprise priorities and senior leadership decisions
- Drive acquisition, retention, monetization, profitability, and customer lifecycle strategy
- Evaluate, prioritize, and commercialize new products, features, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business models
- Direct go-to-market, commercialization, and channel growth across owned, partner, retail, affiliate, and emerging distribution channels
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through growth, partnering with technology, engineering, operations, and program teams
- Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to optimize portfolio performance
- Build executive-level enterprise and external partnerships with providers, alliances, vendors, distribution partners, affiliates, and ecosystem relationships
- Champion customer-centric product decisions and investments
- Design and execute organizational strategies; oversee departmental programs and their implementation
- Supervise supervisors and career-level staff and influence hiring, firing, disciplinary, promotion, and pay decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced people leader with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Expert in the field with a track record of solving complex and ambiguous strategic problems
- Hands-on experience driving product-led revenue growth with compelling product concepts
- Experience using data to prioritize opportunities, optimize performance, and evolve offerings
- People and organizational leadership skills, including team building, talent development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, culture building, and cross-functional leadership
- Product strategy and business leadership skills, including strategic thinking, long-range planning, executive communication, customer insight, product vision, differentiation, business case development, prioritization, and decision-making under uncertainty
- Product delivery and portfolio management skills, including product definition and requirements, technology acumen, lifecycle management, performance measurement, and execution
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent leadership; ability to build trust, develop talent, foster inclusion, drive accountability, and create high-performing teams
- Customer-centric and commercially minded with business acumen, strategic vision, competitiveness, curiosity, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and sound judgment
