About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the site point of contact for employee attendance matters
- Maintain records of attendance, RTW, coaching, discipline, and ADA discussions
- Administer attendance policies and labor laws and guide management on adherence
- Address attendance discrepancies, manage grievances, and support resolution and closure
- Partner with site leaders, COEs, and unions to facilitate productive relationships and implementations
- Handle RFIs and unemployment claims
- Attend grievance meetings and support legal and union processes
- Provide advice and counsel to management on compliance and policy-related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 1+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
- Ability to accurately track and document attendance, RTW, coaching, discipline, and ADA discussions
- Knowledge of attendance policies and labor laws
- Ability to address discrepancies, manage grievances, and support resolution and closure
- Ability to handle RFIs and unemployment claims and attend grievance meetings
- Ability to work in the office a minimum of 5 days per week in Evansville, Indiana
- No relocation is offered
