About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bring customized, white glove sales experiences directly to customers’ homes
- Work independently at scheduled customer appointments provided by AT&T
- Offer hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
- Close sales and help customers stay connected to relevant technology and services
- Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects
- Use negotiation and communication skills to make sales
- Complete paid training and participate in coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
- Weekly hours: 40
