About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent AT&T as the face and voice to customers in their homes
- Attend scheduled customer appointments provided by AT&T
- Deliver personalized sales interactions
- Offer hands-on product demonstrations
- Conduct Wi-Fi assessments
- Provide technology delivery and issue resolution
- Connect with existing customers daily
- Negotiate and close sales
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Work independently in the field
- Complete paid training and participate in coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in upselling techniques
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
- Ability to work a varied schedule
- Ability to work independently in the field
