About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent AT&T as the face and voice to customers
Work independently in the field at scheduled customer appointments
Deliver personalized sales interactions in customers’ homes
Offer hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution
Connect with existing AT&T customers and engage warm prospects
Negotiate and close sales
Upsell products and services
Work a varied schedule to meet customers’ timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
Maintain a valid driver’s license
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
