About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver customized, white glove customer experiences in the customer’s home
Work independently at scheduled customer appointments provided by AT&T
Introduce and sell AT&T technology and services
Conduct hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments
Provide tech delivery and issue resolutions
Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects
Negotiate, upsell, and close sales
Complete paid training and participate in coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
Maintain a valid driver’s license
Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
