About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses
- Install new lines and configure Wi-Fi networks
- Climb ladders and work in small spaces or aloft
- Troubleshoot installation and activation issues
- Work independently while providing expert customer service
- Connect customers to AT&T technology and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up-to 60 lbs
- Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety
- Work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
