About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services
- Install new lines and configure customer technology
- Climb ladders and work aloft when required
- Plug in and activate Wi-Fi networks

- Deliver best-in-class service and elevate the customer experience
- Work independently at customer homes and businesses
- Meet customers and connect them to telecommunications services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up to 60 lbs.; some ladders weigh 50–60 lbs.
- Weigh less than 325 lbs. for ladder safety
- Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently at customers’ homes and businesses
- 40 weekly hours
