About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services in customers’ homes and businesses
- Put in new lines, climb ladders, and plug in and activate Wi-Fi networks
- Work independently as a trusted expert at customer locations
- Solve customer installation and technology problems
- Deliver best-in-class service and elevate the customer experience
- Connect customers to AT&T’s network and technology services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs
- Weigh less than 325 lbs. for ladder safety
- Ability to work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
- Availability for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work
- Ability to identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments
- High School Diploma or GED
