About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead real-time responses to evolving incidents and conduct internal and external investigations of critical domestic and international events
- Collaborate with business unit teams to direct investigative actions, develop policies, implement logical and physical security measures, and conduct risk and strategic analysis
- Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors, and law enforcement to prevent, detect, investigate, and implement corrective measures for theft
- Perform hands-on digital forensics and analytics, critical infrastructure vulnerability assessments, business continuity planning, intelligence gathering, and international traveler security support
- Act as the primary liaison between AT&T and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- Test and recommend security products and systems and support business unit initiatives
- Identify, investigate, and mitigate organized retail crime by gathering intelligence, building cases, and collaborating with law enforcement and internal teams
- Manage multiple case assignments, interface with external customers, and conduct interviews with subjects, witnesses, and victims
- Assist the executive protection team with personnel protection, logistics, advance operations, special events, and secure transportation
- Develop investigative plans, gather and evaluate facts, conduct investigative interviews, and write reports for Legal, Labor Relations, Human Resources, business units, and law enforcement
- Identify risk mitigation strategies for physical and logical security measures and present recommendations to business unit partners
- Provide testimony in court, civil, and arbitration proceedings, or serve as an expert witness in legal environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced-level investigative skills contributing to the protection of AT&T’s global operations and critical assets
- Preferred Bachelor’s or advanced degree in criminal justice, cybersecurity, business administration, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 5-7 years of investigative experience
- Strong self-confidence, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle highly confidential information, potentially requiring government-issued security clearance
- Respond 24/7 to incidents and travel within a geographic area as required
