About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain end-to-end marketing operating frameworks spanning planning, intake, execution, optimization, and measurement
- Establish enterprise standards for how marketing work is planned, prioritized, governed, and delivered
- Ensure processes support diverse marketing motions while maintaining consistency
- Continuously assess and evolve ways of working to keep pace with business needs and market dynamics
- Connect competency and operational needs with technological considerations including MarTech, AI, and GenAI
- Develop and deliver timely, credible, multi-mode communications for different audiences
- Build shared understanding and engagement across leaders and teams in service of transformation objectives
- Build strong relationships to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained behavior change
- Act as a change leader, balancing pragmatism with long-term operational maturity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of marketing expertise in a large-scale, matrixed organization
- Proven experience standardizing and scaling marketing processes in large, complex organizations
- Deep understanding of marketing operating models and value chains
- Demonstrated ability to enable teams through process clarity, governance, and change management
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate operational metrics into decisions
- Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Ability to innovate and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Change agent and pragmatist; able to drive positive cultural change
- Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail orientation with ability to understand and drive strategic visions
- Proactive and diligent approach to workflow, priorities and action items
- Ability to assess risk and priorities to ensure strategic objectives are met

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Liberal Arts or a related field is typical
