About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct data-driven analyses to support inventory, demand, and supply planning.
Develop SKU-level demand forecasts and purchase forecasts.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain appropriate inventory levels, improve inventory turnover, and support efficient inventory distribution.
Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with procurement, production, finance, sales, and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with organizational objectives.
Coordinate logistics activities to support timely and cost-effective inventory distribution.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase supply chain efficiency, improve performance, and reduce costs.
Lead significant projects with a high degree of autonomy and develop long-term plans affecting the broader organization.
Present recommendations, influence executive-level decisions, and mentor or provide guidance to less experienced team members.
No direct supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad and in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
Experience developing SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts.
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with strategic autonomy.
Strong supplier relationship management and performance-monitoring skills.
Effective collaboration, communication, and executive-influencing capabilities.
Ability to identify and implement long-term process and operational improvements.
Experience mentoring or providing functional guidance to less experienced professionals.
Five or more years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Certification may be required in certain areas.
This position requires 5 days a week onsite.
Relocation is not offered for this position.
