About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design architecture and develop solutions to meet organizational needs.
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux instances on multiple networks and architectures in a hybrid cloud environment.
Administer Linux systems and automate processes using scripting.
Deploy COTS/FOSS services on Linux systems.
Create, debug, and implement Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scripts.
Work with diverse teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Communicate issues with team members and/or service owners.
Support Public Sector Solutions and Intelink Services at a government customer site.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Linux administration experience including configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
Experience deploying COTS/FOSS services on Linux systems.
Experience creating, debugging, and implementing Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scripts.
Experience working with diverse teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
Ability to communicate issues with team members and/or service owners.
Experience with AWS, specifically EC2 Auto Scaling (desired).
Experience with AWS-CLI and Boto3 (desired).
Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff (desired).
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required, or five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted.
Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (SEC+, CCNA).
