Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Supervisory experience overseeing a team of employees
  • Ability to address behavioral and attendance issues
  • Ability to manage onboarding, training, engagement, expectations, and skill transfers
  • Ability to influence hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional decisions for subordinates
