About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide system/server and network administration support
- Provide O&M support to existing server-based solutions including CITRIX, ESRI, McAfee, Microsoft Red Hat, and SolarWinds
- Ensure CDS-based and enterprise-wide networking devices and components are tested, implemented, and maintained within optimal and required configurations
- Perform engineering and operational assignments for deployed operational solutions backed by Cisco and SolarWinds on multi-level IT systems supporting the Activities Information System
- Provide O&M support including testing, validation, sustainment, upgrading, and decommissioning of networking devices
- Maintain, document, and administer enterprise IT systems
- Support switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, and copper- and fiber-based connectivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with poly
- Network+ or relevant certification
- Must work onsite five days per week at the designated work location
- No relocation is offered
