Key responsibilities & impact

Support project scope, execution, and budget for the Icertis GovCon platform
Ensure alignment with sales and contracting organizations
Support platform administration, configuration, updates, and projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain detailed plans for projects and updates
Prepare status reports to guide administration, execution, and organizational alignment
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors about system issues and updates
Assign responsibilities and manage expectations
Perform system administration, platform configuration, maintenance, and validation activities
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues or risks
Coordinate resources for advanced configuration and troubleshooting
Lead future platform enhancements and implementation
Own critical platform administration responsibilities
Mentor and assist others with challenging issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
7+ years of related experience
Expert-level system administration, platform configuration, maintenance, and validation capabilities
Platform knowledge and strategic insight surrounding Government contracting and the Icertis GovCon product roadmap
Ability to work with minimal oversight across functions and organizations
Ability to mentor and assist others with challenging issues
Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
Position is only located in the posted locations; no relocation is offered
