About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creation and execution of architecture vision and roadmaps for existing and modernized platforms
  • Collaborate with business partners, technology partners, solution architects, portfolio stakeholders, enterprise architects, system engineers, and development teams
  • Define components and interactions of the End-to-End Integrated Architecture
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to outline high-level solutions
  • Determine primary components and subsystems, analyze technical trade-offs, and define interfaces and collaborations
  • Establish and maintain a shared technical and architectural vision
  • Develop an incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway
  • Promote common technology, design practices, and infrastructure to ensure consistency and reuse
  • Provide solutions for Sales and Service capabilities, including Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Perform cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electronic Engineering
  • 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud and SaaS integrations
  • Experience determining primary components and subsystems, analyzing technical trade-offs, and defining interfaces and collaborations
  • Experience leading the creation and execution of architecture vision and roadmaps for existing and modernized platforms
  • Experience performing cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS
