About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and develop system documentation, including product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs, and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Maintain and support existing software, including problem report/trouble ticket resolution
- Maintain and support existing hardware
- Provide helpdesk support by collecting, controlling, disseminating, documenting, and resolving IT-related questions and problems
- Support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with poly
- Understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, and VMware
- Security+ or relevant certification (desired)
