About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical ownership and ongoing support for database administration applications, internal tools, and related platforms
  • Ensure operational stability and manage application lifecycle activities
  • Maintain documentation and support governance processes
  • Coordinate certifications and monitor platform health and performance metrics
  • Lead or support technology transformation initiatives
  • Migrate legacy tools and workflows to approved enterprise platforms
  • Adopt modern automation and CI/CD capabilities
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise service management, identity, and access management platforms
  • Coordinate security remediation efforts, access reviews, compliance evidence collection, audit support, control validation, and vulnerability response
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance scripts, workflows, integrations, and internal tools
  • Support disaster recovery testing, recovery control validation, troubleshooting, process documentation, operational reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Lead technical problem-solving efforts across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with application, security, audit, identity, and service management teams
  • Provide guidance to peers and stakeholders
  • Influence technical direction and proactively identify operational and compliance risks
  • Help ensure continuity of critical database administration support services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in systems engineering, application support, platform ownership, automation, DevOps, access governance, security remediation, audit compliance, or enterprise technology operations
  • Experience with scripting and workflow automation
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Experience with enterprise service management platforms
  • Knowledge of identity and access management processes
  • Knowledge of compliance controls and audit support
  • Experience with disaster recovery testing
  • Experience with application lifecycle management
  • Relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on business needs
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
