About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and administer corporate and government industrial security policies, procedures, and programs across the contract
  • Liaise with outside agencies and keep management informed of industrial security activities
  • Implement visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding procedures for facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property
  • Use ICD-705 to help ensure physical security controls
  • Support technical and physical security requirements
  • Assist in maintaining locks, alarms, badges, and access control systems
  • Execute physical and procedural security plans and programs
  • Provide comprehensive personnel security support for the program
  • Identify and help resolve potential risks to sensitive program and customer operations
  • Maintain and expand relationships with customer security authorities to facilitate security issues important to AT&T business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education
  • Equivalent pathways: doctorate and 1 year of experience; master’s and 3 years; bachelor’s and 5 years; associate and 7 years; or high school and 9 years
  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Must have and maintain eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and a polygraph
  • General understanding of Public Laws, Executive Orders, directives, regulations, and policies associated with Intelligence Community Security requirements
  • Working knowledge of ICDs and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs)
  • Knowledge of requirements for gaining and maintaining access to TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) materials and spaces
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) or comparable security training through CDSE or USG personnel/physical security training (desired)
  • Experience working in a team environment within a professional office setting (desired)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (desired)
