About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering sessions
Lead technical assessments of network or systems requirements and implementation feasibility
Analyze Request for Change requirements and provide strategic recommendations
Coordinate multiple network projects and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions within customer SLOs/SLAs
Develop cost-benefit analyses and schedule impact assessments
Partner with cross-functional teams and support engineering review boards
Ensure end-to-end systems integration and convert customer requirements into total systems solutions
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, and requirements allocation
Create and maintain program- and user-level technical documentation
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
Conduct complex systems analysis and studies
Strengthen coordination among government personnel, program offices, contract elements, and project managers
Collaborate with Task Leads, Project Managers, and clients to deliver within scope, budget, and quality standards
Orchestrate internal resources for project execution
Develop project roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and track progress using agile methodologies and industry-standard tools
Prepare executive-level status reports and identify mitigation strategies
Support the SBL as secondary onsite representative to site leadership, government customers, and program stakeholders
Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning across service areas
Provide technical writing, document integration, and client-ready presentations and deliverables
Manage data governance and reporting, including collection, analysis, and publication of statistical data
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including correspondence, records, reports, SOPs, and internal communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education: Doctorate and 8 years, master’s and 10 years, bachelor’s and 12 years, associates and 14 years, or HS diploma and 16 years
Ability to operate effectively within cross-functional team environments
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong data analysis capabilities
Ability to adhere to security clearance management protocols and reporting requirements
Required clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Technical expertise in network IT infrastructure including network connectivity, switches, and routers
CAPM certification, or commitment to achieve within 6 months
PMP certification highly preferred
Demonstrated client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and project management tools
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and HelpNow/ServiceNow
