About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on a fast-paced sales floor and adapt to evolving technology and customer needs
Attend the in-person open recruiting session and meet the AT&T Management Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Ability to work in the office a minimum of 5 days per week
Ability to work only in the posted location; no relocation is offered
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to complete required testing before the recruiting session
