About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options
Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T's products and services

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work on the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment
Serve customers during scheduled hours, including weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work 40 hours weekly
Must be able to work as an Office Worker (NOT Remote)
