About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet and exceed sales goals using AT&T’s suite of products and services
Stay current on data, entertainment technology, devices, Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Provide prompt and courteous customer service
Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Complete store opening and closing procedures
Submit transaction journals daily
Assist with inventory maintenance
Wear a uniform when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required
Must be flexible and open to change
Must be able to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
