About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store
Manage and develop a retail team
Handle merchandising and product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
