About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain, document, and administer enterprise IT systems
  • Provide high-performance, highly available, and secure Microsoft SQL Server database services supporting Federal Government activities, business, and mission needs
  • Participate directly in the design, engineering, implementation, and modification of production database environments backed by Microsoft SQL Server
  • Explore, investigate, research, analyze, assess, implement, and transition new technologies to operational state
  • Modernize and improve existing Microsoft SQL Server solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Active TS/SCI with poly
  • Understanding and knowledge of SQL Server and SharePoint Portal Server
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week at the designated work location
  • No relocation is offered
