About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide HR data governance, access requests, and secure data view design.
  • Create dashboards, reports, tools, and workflows that make data easier to understand and act on.
  • Use HR and business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and workforce insights.
  • Apply analytics, statistical methods, predictive modeling, and BI tools to support recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
  • Own legacy systems, including CENET and Webphone, and support process improvement, change management, and access audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting data access controls, governance processes, and data security requirements.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases or data warehouse platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, or audit.
  • Technical skills: Predictive Modeling, Trend Analysis, Statistics, Data Governance, Client Collaboration, Data Warehousing, Analysis, Data Interpretation.
