About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee event planning, coordination, and facilitation
- Ensure seamless operations and high-quality event experiences
- Ensure adherence to community rules and regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences
- Create prospecting plans to find potential consumer customers
- Tailor events to maximize impact and engagement
- Manage event budgets, including forecasting and allocation
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess event success
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and risk management
- Attend events to oversee sales activity
- Provide on-site coaching and education to consumers and sales partners
- Work with regional marketing teams to develop event marketing collateral
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 2+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
- Knowledge of organizational practices
- Ability to resolve moderately difficult problems
- Ability to work with independent judgment on expansive projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to implement policy changes to improve functions
- Ability to manage event budgets, forecasting, allocation, and KPIs
- Ability to conduct market research and prospecting
- Ability to establish relationships with local communities, HOAs, internal teams, and sales partners
