About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product and service growth and market penetration through strategic sales events
  • Oversee event planning, coordination, facilitation, and seamless operations
  • Ensure adherence to community rules and regulations
  • Engage local communities, HOAs, retail/IHX/D2D teams, and installation teams
  • Conduct market research, identify target audiences, and create prospecting plans
  • Manage event budgets, forecasts, allocations, KPIs, compliance, and risk management
  • Attend events to oversee sales activity and provide on-site coaching and education
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop event collateral

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute sales events
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams
  • Experience conducting market research and prospecting for potential consumer customers
  • Ability to manage event budgets, forecasting, allocation, and KPIs
  • Ability to provide on-site coaching and education to consumers and sales partners
  • Ability to work in the office a minimum of 5 days per week in Dallas, Texas
