About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct data-driven analysis to support inventory, demand, and supply planning activities
Generate SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts
Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain appropriate inventory levels and improve inventory turnover
Manage inventory optimization efforts and ensure efficient distribution across the supply chain
Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and sales teams
Coordinate logistics operations for timely and cost-effective product distribution
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance
Lead moderate-sized projects or components of larger strategic initiatives
Resolve complex issues using advanced supply chain knowledge and operate autonomously with senior leadership interaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of related supply chain, planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, procurement, or related experience
Experience using data analysis to support business decision-making and operational planning
Experience developing forecasts, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Certification is required in some areas
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
