About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own, organize, and deliver the end-to-end bids process for assigned retail customers
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to gather data, analyze requirements, and prepare competitive bid submissions
  • Ensure bid timelines, documentation, pricing components, and internal approvals are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Track bid outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Support costing exercises for new and existing SKUs, customer-specific programs, and innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate on cost builds and pricing scenarios
  • Review product cost models for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor cost changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary Customer Excellence representative in Foreign to Foreign business
  • Oversee customer item setup, maintenance, and updates within internal systems
  • Coordinate new product introductions, transitions, and discontinuations
  • Support order flow, issue resolution, deductions research, and service-level monitoring
  • Build customer relationships and ensure high service quality and responsiveness
  • Prepare documentation for customers to clear cargo at foreign ports
