• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned business leaders and employee groups

Human Resources Business Partner

Supply Chain

• Review and manage MRP outputs to balance inventory levels and purchase order plans against actual and forecasted demand
• Communicate purchase order requirements to the Supply Planner I team for execution, ensuring alignment with supply plans and lead times
• Monitor purchase order status and resolve issues to maintain uninterrupted supply
• Oversee and execute distribution orders for non-purchased stocking locations
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to align forecasts with supply strategies and identify gaps or opportunities
• Maintain relationships with Business Development, Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing teams
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and drive consensus on demand and supply plans
• Contribute to projects improving inventory turnover, reducing costs, and increasing service levels
• Drive team KPIs including fill rate, DIOH, spoils, dead stock, and planned order generation versus manual orders
• Maintain master data for material planning parameters of assigned items and stocking locations
• Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes and implement best practices
• Proactively review inventory to minimize excess, aging, expired, or dead stock and escalate as needed

Supply Planner II

Customer Specialist

• Establish and maintain customer contracts
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation
• Manage weekly position reports and provide updates to the Sales team
• Compare forecasts to actual usage and support planning using monthly averages
• Recommend purchases based on market conditions and customer requirements
• Handle costing requests and distribute results to the appropriate teams
• Maintain internal and external databases, including customer portals
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery

• Own, organize, and deliver the end-to-end bids process for assigned retail customers

• Ensure bid timelines, documentation, pricing components, and internal approvals are completed accurately and on schedule
• Track bid outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement

• Track project timelines and key milestones

• Organize daily testing to ensure correct product release
• Check and release products prior to shipment
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment according to established rules, regulations, and procedures
