About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate new product development projects from ideation through launch

  • Maintain accurate product information and ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in product development, project coordination, marketing, food service, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Interest in food trends, product innovation, and consumer insights
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Comfortable with the company’s relocation to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q1 2027
