About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems, such as APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
- Optimize performance through prompt tuning, configuration adjustments, and continuous monitoring.
- Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities to present solutions and gather feedback.
- Plan and track projects, ensuring delivery within established deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
- Support clients in adopting AI solutions by providing technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
- Work on the development and implementation of AI agents for Atento’s global Artificial Intelligence project in partnership with Cresta.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Golang.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Must not be an intern or apprentice.
- Time to Talk Good rating or higher.
- Must have completed the minimum time in the company/current role required for the position.
