About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor operational performance indicators;
- Generate quantitative and qualitative reports, conducting analyses and creating effective action plans;

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a higher education degree is a plus – Verification will be conducted through Pessoas Online;
- Performance evaluation score of 100 or higher (Good Performer);
- Meet the minimum time-in-role requirement established under policy NI-002;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is preferred, such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing functionality;
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken;
- Dynamic profile, with a sense of urgency and ability to execute tasks efficiently;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- High level of professional commitment and accountability;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Must not be an intern or apprentice;
- Time to Talk rating of Good or above;
- Meet the minimum tenure requirements for the company/current position applicable to the role.
