About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound contact with subscribers of news portals, mobile applications, advertising services, and other digital services
- Identify customer needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures
- Handle different types of situations raised by customers during each interaction
- Use systems to record and process customer interactions
- Conduct outbound collections calls, working across both types of customer service interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a voter registration card
- Must have a military service certificate/reservist certificate (males only)
- Education: Completed high school
- Proof of high school or higher education completion
- Courses in negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, needs assessment, customer service, telemarketing techniques, communication, Word, Excel, typing, and Microsoft Office will be an advantage
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer retention will be an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Negotiation and argumentation skills
- Availability to complete training remotely, using a computer or laptop with internet access
- Preferably reside near the São Caetano do Sul Unit
- Open to people with disabilities and individuals receiving rehabilitation benefits from Brazil’s Social Security system
