About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding bills whose telephone lines are partially or fully blocked
  • Negotiate debts related to landline/mobile telephone, internet, and TV products or services
  • Offer special payment terms
  • Identify customer needs and present practical, objective solutions in accordance with product or service procedures
  • Handle the various situations presented by customers during each interaction
  • Use systems to record information and apply customer service procedures
  • Conduct outbound collections calls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Have a Voter Registration Card
  • Have a Military Service Certificate/Reservist Certificate (males only)
  • Education: Completed high school
  • Proof of high school or higher education (transcript, statement, or certificate of completion)
  • Availability to complete training remotely, using a computer or laptop with internet access
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills
  • Preferably reside near the São José dos Campos Unit
  • Courses in negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, customer prospecting, public-facing service, telemarketing techniques, communication, Word, Excel, typing, or Microsoft Office will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in collections, sales, or customer retention will be considered an advantage
