About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers whose lines are partially or fully blocked
- Negotiate debts related to fixed and mobile telecommunications, internet, and TV products or services
- Offer special payment arrangements
- Identify the customer’s needs and provide a practical, objective solution
- Handle different situations raised by customers during each interaction
- Use systems to record interactions and apply the appropriate procedures
- Work primarily in an outbound operation and, at times, in a blended outbound and inbound capacity
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years old
- Voter registration card
- Military Service Certificate or Reservist Certificate (males only)
- Education: High school diploma
- Previous professional experience is not required
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Empathy and effective communication
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Persuasive and resilient
- Schedule flexibility
- Preferably live near or have easy access to the São Caetano do Sul Unit
- Must have a computer or laptop with internet access to complete training remotely or in a hybrid format; if training is held on-site, the company will provide the equipment
